After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. Buyers must negotiate directly with the supplier regarding any cancellation requests.
Due to the nature of chemical and industrial products, returns are generally not accepted, except under the following conditions:
The product delivered does not match the agreed specifications or order.
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival, and such damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Any return must be approved in writing by the supplier before the goods are shipped back.
